Kendra Miller brings over 21 years of experience assisting clients in buying and selling property. Kendra’s approach to real estate is simple: Provide Excellent Service! Kendra’s professionalism throughout the process and her team of trusted vendor/partners ensures on-time task completion and a smooth transaction.

Helping people achieve their real estate goals is very important to Kendra. She helps individuals and families buy and sell houses, investment properties and condos/townhomes—matching people with their real estate objectives. She has experience selling properties across the pricing spectrum from multi-million dollar homes to much lower-priced properties. She has a vast knowledge of equity, trust, probate and short sales.

Kendra has consistently been one of the top producers in her local office of 250 agents and is in the top 100 of all Keller Williams single agents nationally. She is also ranked as one of the top Realtors in Long Beach and part of the top 1% for all of California. For the past decade, Kendra is the top producing single agent for all of Keller Williams Coastal Properties.

Prior to starting her successful real estate business, Kendra worked for almost 10 years for Fluor Daniel, one of the world’s largest engineering and construction firms. She started as an environmental engineer after graduate school but later transferred to the Human Resources department where she worked in various capacities. She was an identified young leader and high potential Senior Manager. Kendra’s time in corporate America prepared her well for a career in real estate. She learned the importance of detail orientation, follow-through and relating well to professionals.

Kendra has owned a home in Belmont Shore (with her very amusing husband) for 26 years. When not working, Kendra and Jeffrey are raising their two adorable children (ages 19/daughter and 14/son) and a loveable nuisance otherwise known as a Labrador.
